PersonaLite is a personality testing application available on iOS and Android. This policy explains how data is handled when you use the app.

We do not collect or store personal data on our servers. See section 4 for the anonymous type codes used by optional AI features.
PersonaLite uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect and use the following data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads:
This data is collected and processed by Google under their own privacy policy. On iOS, you will be asked for permission before any advertising identifier is accessed (App Tracking Transparency). You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings at any time.

Compatibility scores and Career Fit Analysis are calculated on your device. Two optional features add AI-written text: the compatibility analysis and the daily personal tip.
For these, the app sends only personality type codes (for example "INTJ", "Type 2" or "Blue") and your app language to our server at personalite.techsyncanalytica.com (hosted in the EU, Finland). The server forwards these codes to an AI provider (Groq, Inc., USA) to generate the text. Your test answers, name, email and device identifiers are never sent. The server does not store the requests and does not log IP addresses for these endpoints.
On supported devices the app may instead use the on-device system model (Apple Intelligence or Gemini Nano), in which case nothing leaves your device.
If you choose to share your result with an invite link, our server (EU, Finland) stores: your personality type code (for example "INTJ" or "Type 2"), which test it came from, the sharing channel and message template you picked, and a random app installation ID created by the app. When a friend opens your link and takes the test, their type code and random installation ID are stored with your invite so both of you can see the joint report.
No names, email addresses, phone numbers, test answers or IP addresses are stored. Invites and their responses are deleted automatically after 30 days. Your installation ID is only used to show you your own reports and to count, in aggregate, how many people open links, install the app, finish a test and open a report (anonymous usage statistics, deleted after 180 days). It is not linked to your identity or shared with third parties.
The text you send and where you send it (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, etc.) is handled by those apps under their own privacy policies. You choose which result details are included before sharing.
Data on your device. Test answers, results, mood entries and settings are stored only on your device. Delete them in the app with Settings → "Clear all data", or by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.
Data on our server (invites and joint reports). In the app, open Settings → "Delete my sharing data". This immediately and permanently deletes your invites, your answers to other people's invites and your anonymous usage statistics. "Clear all data" also deletes this server data.
If you no longer have the app. Server data is not linked to your name, email or phone number, so it cannot be looked up by those. It is deleted automatically: invites and joint-report answers after 30 days, anonymous usage statistics after 180 days. You can also email techsyncanalyticallc@gmail.com with an invite code you created (for example K7M2Q9XA) and we will delete that invite and its answers within 30 days.
For data collected by Google AdMob, use Google's ad settings on your device or policies.google.com/privacy.
PersonaLite is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
